ENDORSEMENTS
My mother used a wheelchair the last 4 years of her
life whenever she needed to walk more than a few steps and always
when she left her assisted living. I was in my late 50s when I became
the driver and caretaker to take Mom places including doctor's appointments
and other outings. Lifting the wheelchair into the trunk of my car
was a nightmare. I strained my back on several occasions and always
scratched the back of my car when trying to get it into and out
of the truck. My son, upon seeing the horror of my trying to get
this wheelchair in and out of the truck began to work on this invention
- the Wheelchair Wizard. It was finished during the last year of
my mother's life and it was a lifesaver! For my back and for my
car! Simply put it made it possible to take my mother out more often
rather than just to doctor's appointments.
With the Wheelchair Wizard, I find it very easy to
load a wheelchair into the truck as well as get it out. I might
add that my father-in-law had the same difficulty trying to handle
his elderly wife's wheelchair. The caddy was a lifesaver for him
also.
The Wheelchair Wizard is for anyone, young or old,
who handles a wheelchair. The wheelchair caddy has convenient pockets
for not only the foot rest but also for the cushion so now traveling
with your wheelchair is a breeze and virtually no chance of damage
to your wheelchair. The wheelchair caddy is a must for anyone who
ever transports anyone in a wheelchair.
